Most of our pieces are prepared in advance to allow for quick dispatch. During periods of high demand, some sizes or colours may need to be prepared or made after your order is placed. In that case, a few additional working days may be required before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Belgium: 1–2 working days
• Netherlands & Luxembourg: 1–2 working days
• Germany: 2–3 working days
• France: 3–4 working days
• Rest of the European Union: 3–6 working days

Orders are shipped with tracking. Depending on the destination and selected shipping method, we may use DPD or another carrier.

These delivery times are estimates and begin once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. They may be slightly longer during very busy periods or public holidays.
