Enter a height between 140 and 220 cm.
Measure around where you normally wear your trousers, without pulling the tape tight.
Enter a waist circumference between 55 and 120 cm.
Less precise than a measured waist: the guide therefore uses a cautious size conversion.
Choose your usual trouser size.
